Materials The Built 32 Ounce Tote is made of elastic neoprene, a lightweight synthetic rubber. This fabric has been tested rigorously and is free of lead, PVC, and vinyl. It is also extremely durable. The fabric is stain resistant and can be machine washed or cleaned by hand.
