Description
The Lunchbots Thermal is a "souper" bowl! It's the best designed thermos we've ever met. Why do we like it so much? It's easy to fill, a snap to tighten, and effortless to eat from.
You'll love its bowl-like shape, with a wide mouth, short body, and rounded lip. No more dipping into a tall, narrow thermos with sharp edges and digging to reach the bottom. The Lunchbots Thermal is as close as it gets to eating from your favorite soup bowl.
Fill it with 16 ounces of soup, pasta, or last night's leftovers, and your food will stay warm for approximately 5 hours. (For best results, we recommend pre-heating any insulated stainless steel container with boiling water for a few minutes before filling it with food.)
This container is made from double-wall 18/8 stainless steel with nontoxic polypropylene accents on the outside lid and base. No plastic comes in contact with the contents of this container.
Children especially love the easy-open lid and the bowl shape. Notice the arrows on the lid and body that align for a leak-proof seal and super-easy opening. If you've ever over tightened a hot thermos, you'll appreciate this feature!

Materials
LunchBots Thermal is made of high quality, food grade, Type 304 stainless steel with BPA-free polypropylene accents on the lid and base. Stainless steel is an alloy made from natural elements: iron ore, chromium, silicon, nickel, carbon, nitrogen, and manganese. Type 304 stainless is a composition of 18% chromium and 8% nickel, commonly known as 18/8 stainless.
Safety
Lunchbots are made of type 304 stainless steel, the same material used to make coffee urns, sinks, cooking pots. Lunchbots will not leach harmful chemicals or absorb food flavors and odors. Plastic reusable containers, on the other hand, will degrade over time and may leach potentially harmful chemicals.
Care Instructions
Hand wash your Lunchbots Thermal. Do not submerge the container in water or place it in the dishwasher, as this may cause water retention in the container base, which may seep out later.
