About the Manufacturer Erin Kelly-Dill invented snackTAXIs as a way to stem the tide of plastic ziplock bags that flowed from her house to the landfill when her three children started school. Her family packs more than 500 lunches each year and had fallen prey to the easy appeal of the zip-lock bag. Erin started her company as a home-based workshop in Plainfield, Massachusetts, and continues to manufacture locally. She introduced Twice-as-Nice Napkins in early 2010.
