Lunchville.com is the brainchild of Laurie Duncan Cleary, a mother of three who makes a lot of school lunches. Like many parents, she used to buy plastic snack and sandwich bags regularly, as well as single-portion, pre-packaged snacks. But all that stuff was expensive, plus it generated waste every day. So she started looking for well-made, reusable lunch kits, and began buying foods in bulk. Four years of research led her to test most every eco-friendly food container on the market, and the very best of those products are now on Lunchville.com.

Most orders ship same day if received in our offices by 2:00 PM Central Time. Please note that we ship Monday through Friday, but we do not ship on weekends or major holidays.
Ground - (FREE on orders over $99.00) 5 to 7 business days - $5.00
UPS 3 Day Select - 3 business days for orders processed before 2:00 P.M CST - $11.75
UPS 2nd Day - 2 business days for orders processed before 2:00 P.M CST - $24.75
UPS Overnight - 1 business day for orders processed before 2:00 P.M CST - $35.75

If the order does not ship within 10 days, please call 1-888-571-GEAR between 9:30 and 4:30 Central Time, Monday through Friday. A customer service representative will look into the matter for you and respond to your claim promptly.
- Next Day, 2 Day, 3 Day and Ground orders placed before 2:00 P.M. CST Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped the same business day.
- Next Day, 2 Day, 3 Day and Ground orders placed after 2:00 P.M. CST Monday through Thursday will be processed and shipped the next business day.
- If you place your Next Day, 2 Day, 3 Day or Ground order Friday after 2:00 P.M. CST or on Saturday or Sunday, your order will not be prepared for processing until Monday morning.
- There is no weekend delivery except for US UPS Overnight Saturday Delivery available Fridays before 2:00 P.M. CST.
- If you place your order on a holiday that falls on a business day, your order will not be processed until the next business day.
- HI and AK orders must select Next Day or 2 Day for a delivery method.
All products featured on Lunchville.com will ship directly from Chicago, Illinois. Products will ship via United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS).
Although we will every effort to ship the entire order as soon as it is received, some products will occasionally be out of stock or backordered. In the event that an ordered product is not in stock or on backorder, we will call or e-mail you to discuss the situation.
Lunchville.com Return and Exchange Policy
If for any reason you are not 100 percent satisfied with your purchase, you may send it back unused and untested in its original packaging along with original tags within sixty (60) days of purchase. Items should show no sign of use (subject to our discretion). Returns submitted sixty (60) days after purchase are subject to a flat 20% restocking fee. No refunds will be given for products that can't be sold as new. All sales on Clearance items are final.
Please note that all returns and exchanges require a Return Authorization number; without this number, returns will be refused.
To obtain an RA number, call our Customer Service department in Chicago, Illinois, toll-free at 888-571-4327 during our operating hours, 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday. Returned items must be received by us within 30 business days of issuing the RA. After 30 business days an RA expires, and additional RAs will not be issued. Please allow 7-14 days for returns to be processed.
The following information is required when an RA is requested:
Shipping costs on all returned products shall be paid by the customer unless the return is a result of our error.
- Order date or order number (from sales receipt or e-mail confirmation)
- Date product was received by customer
- Number of items to be returned
- Product description, model, and part number
- Reason for return
- Action requested (refund or exchange).
- If exchanging, please detail the item number(s) you would like to return and the item number(s) you would like in exchange. A $6.75 shipping charge is charged for all exchanges, and there may be an additional charge (or credit) for any difference in price to the card used in the original transaction.

To prevent shipping damage, please pack returns securely in the original box and with all paperwork. Be sure to include a copy of the original sales receipt or e-mail confirmation with your RA number written on it and also mark the shipping box with the RA number. Mail packages to:

For your protection, consider using UPS, FedEx or Insured US Parcel Post for shipment. We do not recommend that you send parcels uninsured. Please allow 7 to 14 business days from the day you ship your package for your return or exchange to be processed.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please save all packing materials and call us immediately. We must be notified within 7 business days of receipt or we will not be able to process your claim and replace your product.
